Lovely new restaurant. I went here for brunch with my family. The food was incredible. I also loved the decor and the atmosphere of the restaurant. It was pretty busy at brunch on a Sunday so I would recommend making a reservation if you have a larger group.

Love the location, atmosphere, service, and food quality! The owner-chef is so welcoming and caring! He even offered to make a kid-friendly meal for my 3-year-old daughter. We ended up sharing our dishes, but he kindly came back with extra mashed potatoes that she loved. Their house-made ice cream and crème brûlée were delicious too!

This is a perfect cozy little cafe in the Oak Bay. I have already been to it twice and enjoyed the food and ambience. The taste and the quality of food is amazing.

Just had a lovely dinner here. I had the tuna tartare and the beef carpaccio for dinner. Delightful. Then the generous, delicious Affogato with pistachio ice cream . Delightful x 2. Try Liv cafe!!

Review below has my original comments for the brunch we had, we went back a few weeks later for dinner and it was even better. Such incredible food, and its such a comfortable atmosphere, what a great place to dine. Had an absolutely delightful lunch here! This cafe atmosphere is cute as heck, for starters, with beautiful fresh flower bouquets on each table. Our server was so sweet and friendly too! But the FOOD! Wow! It’s obvious as soon as you receive it, that the chefs put so much love into each plate. The carrots were cut into flowers; the cherry tomatoes were halved; the beets were a perfect batonette cut. I ordered the Mediterranean bowl with grilled chicken and it was perfectly, simply dressed and absolutely delicious and gorgeously presented. My husband ordered the beet salad and it was equally beautiful and tasty. They also make stunning lattes (I got a rose and pistachio latte that was so pretty but also delicious). We will DEFINITELY be back!

One of the best cafes I have visited after visiting Victoria. It has one of the most soothing atmosphere and ambience. Food and drinks taste delicious. All thanks to the staff ( Chef Milton, Kunal Sharma and all the people)
